Had a pleasant stay

Had a pleasant stay during our family holiday. We arrived 3 hours before the official check in time but to our pleasant surprise the room was available and we could check in immediately. The room was a bit small (to fit in 4 people) for our liking. Few lights were not working. However it was clean and maintained well in general. The breakfast was quite descent.

The location of the hotel is good and is easy to navigate to the key tourist spots in the city. There is a taxi stand in front of the hotel. The food in the breakfast is fairly basic without any counters / stations serving hot food. The room was small and overall, considering the room tariff, it was “average” value for money spend.

Rooms were fine. Breakfast spread was nice. Reception was helpful and fast. Bit far from beaches and local markets. Ideal for small stays and corporate travellers.

very nice hotel to stay. breakfast spread is good . location of hotel is excellent . beach is near by 10 minutes walk. lots of eataries around the hotel , i liked restaurants on the way to beach as they are more economical and has lots of different cuisines. also there is big mall for shopping 10 minutes walk from hotel. only bad thing about hotel is that they don’t provide free water. rest is excellent hotel to stay. it’s extremely clean. 5 out of 5 🌟

Breakfast options very less, rooms are pretty small and with luggage hardly there is space to move in the room. Close to tram station and connectivity is good, staff behavior is ok, could be more helpful.

We had a great time. We did not like the bed in the first room and reported it to the hotel staff. They were very cordial and they changed the room the next morning
