I recently stayed at the Ibis budget singapore imperial Hotel and had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I was even allowed an early check-in, which was a great convenience. Carly and Hanie both were really very supportive and polite. The room was clean and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a short stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast — a great selection of fresh and tasty options that helped start the day off right. Overall, it was a solid stay with friendly service, and I’d definitely consider returning.

The place is near the metro station by walk. But our experience was not so good. We arrived early in the morning around 8 am and we requested the staff to please let us use any room to just change our clothes but they absolutely denied saying it's against the hotel policy (even when the room was available. What is the use of such a policy which cannot benefit the customer and their convenience. Ibis should consider such requests based on the availability.

We had to stay at this hotel for 2 nights due to some reason and it was a big mistake. The check in time was given 2 pm however upon check-in it was mentioned to be 3 pm. So we had to wait. There was no empathy or urgency shown. The rooms were too small without any window. The breakfast was average. The services could have been better.
