Average hotel at good location.

Hotel is just two minutes away from lavender mrt station, mcdonald's. Thus, location is fantastic. The staff bissha and her two female colleagues are excellent, very helpful. But the other person is not at all helpful, very negative attitude. Housekeeping is not good. Always one needs to ask for teabags/ coffee pouch/ sugar. No bottle of mineral water provided. Bad odour from toilet was realised. They don't keep any air freshener permanently in the toilet. Each time i asked bisha, she used to spray. Otherwise the hotel is clean, peaceful.
