I stayed with my family, we booked 02 rooms for 03 nights. After long travel from uae specially when wearing ihram, staff at checkin counters very cooperative and welcoming, check was easy and quick. Rooms good in size, beds comfortable, cleanliness and overall facilities in the Makkah Clock Royal Tower - A Fairmont Hotel excellent and deserve 5 stars. Ha-ram view from rooms made our stay excellent. Breakfast quality and variety was excellent and staff at m1 and m3 b/f halls very cooperative and welcoming. Unfortunately we faced problem on our last day when Makkah Clock Royal Tower - A Fairmont Hotel offered us breakfast at saudi & turkish restaurent at 29th floor, manager was very rude and arrogant, seemed having his priorities whom to serve. Due to his non professional behavior and extremely embarrassing tone especially when you are with family, we decided to leave the hall without b/fast. It was informed to host, manager and waiters at other hall tried to cool down the situation, offered us b/f but who can eat in such a situation. I appreciate a courtesy call from Makkah Clock Royal Tower - A Fairmont Hotel manager as well. But our day was really ruined.

Staying at this Makkah Clock Royal Tower - A Fairmont Hotel was like my dream come true. I had booked the room with kaaba view and it was just awesome. Can't express my feelings when i first saw kaaba from my room. It's one of the best places to stay in makkah mukarrama. Breakfast timing are very strict. In my opinion they should serve at least 30 minutes more after 10:30. We reached around 10:40 and every thing was removed. This is not fare. Never seen in any five star Makkah Clock Royal Tower - A Fairmont Hotel this strictness in breakfast buffet. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

The location of the property is very good. It is near King Abdul Aziz gate no. 1 wherein direct access to the Kaaba is available. Also, the food is nice and the place is lively 24/7. I've taken the Kaaba view room and the view from my room was awesome. Had a wholesome experience with my family in the holiest city and in this beautiful Makkah Clock Royal Tower - A Fairmont Hotel

Liked all services and staff. Special mention of ashar salah the restaurant manager for accommodating all our request. All the bell boy mohammed and ahmed. Only downside is call centre for request. It has to be called incessantly to get things done.
