Room was allotted at 2230 hrs we reached there at 2000 hrs when we checkout at 1400 hrs we were for payment and were under condition they were saying you pay you pay your onwards flight dont matter to us. Most of the hotel portion is closed not accessible. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL NOT WORTH JUST SHABBY ROOM AND USE SHADDY TRICKS TO EXTORT MONEY.

Great location and helpful staff, the bellboy is a travel agent so city tours were well organised. The bedsheet was dirty but they changed it as soon as we complained.

I love Crown ever since. I was just surprise how time makes it old, dull, even from afar. My entire stay wasn't bad at all. I would still book a space there for my future stay. Thank you!
