My experience with ibis is worst,at first there was no one to receive us or our luggage.we have to carry our luggage to room by our own, receptionist was rude,and they charged 10ro extra for early check in.

Well the property exterior lobby all good. The issue is with the room. Visible cracks in sink and bath floor.very dirty curtains with accumulated dust. Carpet floor is dusty. Okay for a night stay but we were forced to stay for eight nights since a non refundable booking. There are better properties in that area.

Include more options of vegetarian food in the breakfast 2. Add fire stick to TV or install Smart TVs so it is easier for guests to watch content of their desire rather than Arabic / Egyptian channels for news and entertainment
