The hotel does not have a proper front desk/reception to answer your calls from the room. The restaurant does not answer either. To enquire about food you have to walk all the way to the restaurant and ask in person to a guy who is extremely rude. I ordered a molten cheese pizza which came without any cheese on it. When i asked them to replace it they did after a lot of persuasion and gave me another with some cheese scattered and guess what the vegetables were (onion, tomato and a few pieces of brinjal). Horrendous service. Food is horrible and the only thing to beat it is the attitude of the staff. The positive is that the room and bathroom was super neat.

Pros: staff is good in the hotel. Rooms are clean aswell. View of the city was very beautiful from my room on 5th floor. You will get many options in the breakfast, if you are vegetarian. Shuttle service is free from the airport to hotel. Bus station is very close to the hotel. Cons: hotel do the cleaning on 3rd day but if you ask the representative. They provide you the house keeping for required cleaning on 2nd day aswell. I will stay in the same hotel if i will go to amsterdam ever. I do recommend this hotel for every point of view.

First they asked us to pay city tax which we were not informed before. Second its far from airport and have to walk a km to get there. Thirdly we have been asked to wait even we were there an hour late from the check in time i. E. 3 pm and they guy has no sense of sorry as it feels normal for them

Front desk people refused to keep the luggage in storage room for 24 hours, which collapsed our travel plan and put us in bad shape we have all the way carry all the boxes with us and return back to amsterdam from brussels

The rooms are quite big and spacious and breakfast spread is quite good. the staff was very helpful and also agreed to our late check out request. Overall a very nice stay and the hotel shuttle to/from airport is very convenient and runs every 15 mins.

Good hotel! Amazing shuttle facility!

Hyatt was good hotel to stay for a short trip. Very convenient shuttle between Airport and hotel which enables to connect to the Amsterdam center. The hotel was clean but the rooms felt small and there is not much helper staffs to unload your stuffs to the room. There was no balcony so felt little closed.

Pros: staff is good in the Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport. Rooms are clean aswell. View of the city was very beautiful from my room on 5th floor. You will get many options in the breakfast, if you are vegetarian. Shuttle service is free from the airport to Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport. Bus station is very close to the Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport. Cons: Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport do the cleaning on 3rd day but if you ask the representative. They provide you the house keeping for required cleaning on 2nd day aswell. I will stay in the same Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport if i will go to amsterdam ever. I do recommend this Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport for every point of view.

Hyatt was good Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport to stay for a short trip. Very convenient shuttle between Airport and Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport which enables to connect to the Amsterdam center. The Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport was clean but the rooms felt small and there is not much helper staffs to unload your stuffs to the room. There was no balcony so felt little closed.

Stayed here again and no complaints. The Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport shuttle to schiphol and then to the city is a breeze. Minus the location which is meant to be so, everything about this Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is to rave for. Excellent hospitality and friendly staff.

The rooms are quite big and spacious and breakfast spread is quite good. the staff was very helpful and also agreed to our late check out request. Overall a very nice stay and the Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport shuttle to/from airport is very convenient and runs every 15 mins.

Nice and comfortable with frequent shuttles to the airport. If you are an exhibitor at rai, amsterdam, amsterdam, it’s quite convenient as the train journey from schipol airport to rai is only 10 minutes.
