luggage storage policy is weird

Overall stay was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. On the last day, we had a late travel and requested them to store our luggage after check out. They agreed but asked us to pay for it or give the coupon that they had given us for free drinks in exchange for no house cleaning everyday which we agreed to. So it felt a bit weird that they asked for it. Eventually we gave up the coupon but it was weird.

It was wonderful experience staying in holidays inn amsterdam, team is very energetic and cooperative. We loved the breakfast too. One more good thing is the hotel location just near to railway station, metro station and bus stop. Special thanks to karolina. She is very impressive and doing her job very enthusiastically. Wrongful debit

They debited my card which they took for security purpose and on argument they refunded the same but same will take around 2-3 days to credit in my account. Since i was on my vacation, the amount debited was for my need and i was left with less money for my next 2 days

Stayed here for 5 days, breakfast was good, location is perfect to the schipol airport or to central amsterdam. Had to pay some tourist taxes here which we were unaware off and was informed at the end, had a bit of a glitch there. Overall a good experience.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. Its just next to the sloterdijk station and amsterdam central is just 5 minutes by train. The rooms are decent in size. In fact the rooms with twin beds are spacious when compared to those with a single bed. The breakfast is average as there are no live counters.

The hotel is clean, and the buffet spread for complimentary breakfast is pretty good. This was our 1st visit to amsterdam, and we lucked out on the location. This hotel is right next to amsterdam sloterdijk transportation hub with train, metro, bus, trams, and international bus all within walking distance. Also, spar is right next door along with a couple of restraunts. All in all, a pleasant stay and the transportation hub next door helped us go around amsterdam easily
