The quality of food needs to be improved significantly. In terms of the bed and pillows, there is room for a lot of improvement. Did not get a good night's sleep. Otherwise, the location and customer service was really good. Thank you

The transportation to and from the resort was time consuming even though i had opted for seaplane transfer. The villa, staff members, food and beverages were alright.

We traveled to enjoy our anniversary and they did make it so special by a wonderful room decor, cake and a special gift. Staffs are so friendly and helpfull. They serve an amazing food menu. The room was so clean and all the amenities like of a 5star hotel is provided (not less than a 5star hotel though). Daily twice free snorkelling excursion are offered to all inclusive stay(10am & 3pm. We would love to visit again & dont think twice be ready to explore hakura
