Good location, rooms are neat, washrooms are clean and good, parking available, 2 big beds in a room was very nice . Lockers in rooms were not working, asked for drinking glasses they said ‘don’t have’, very small pool .

It's a good location resort and very accessible to nearby shopping markets. It's on the road where you'll find all the outlets including 7 eleven, Subway, McD, pizza hut. Just a road- cross away from Cenang beach which is cherry on the top..

Booked King Deluxe room. Paid just around 7k Rs via MMT and 9RM as tourist tax in cash to the hotel. A 50RM cash deposit was taken by the hotel which was refunded while check out. As per the cost, the hotel room provided was value for money. King Deluxe room was Huge and fully furnished with all necessary furnitures and Electronics. Great Sea view right from the bed via big glass windows. location as utmost prime just opposite to the Cenang beach, beside Cenang Shopping Mall. Has a small swimming pool too which we couldn't use due to schedule.

First day the room we got is not clean and full dust particles under the bed 🛌 and room is having full smell and while booking u booked the room option king size big bed single but they gave two beds single which we cannot sleep with two kids . Sorry to say we got the next day a good room but we had a bad experience on day one .

Nice location but very bad reception and worst bathroom

Don't believe their words said over phone. Record the conversation otherwise they will deny anything said over phone. To extend my booking I called the hotel from India. Over phone they confirmed that two separate booking will be merged to reserve same room, no check out and re check in. However, they denied their saying upon arrival. Provided two separate rooms for two bookings. Check out in between and re check in. The location is great but there are other more nicer hotel nearby, not to depend on it. The bathrooms are worst. Water drainage in bathroom is not proper, bad smell all the time. The room was good and clean. If the bathroom and reception are improved then it will be a great place to stay. However, for the time being I will not recommend this hotel.

It's located in center of pechang beach. 200 metre walk and you reach the beach. Though room was average but the staff were very helpful in guiding and arranging trips for you. Best to stay here if room features you can negotiate.

Pathetic service and rooms. Renovation work was on an entire day making noise just outside the room, informed the reception and got a blunt answer that it will continue till 5 pm and have to bear with it.
