Alila residence stay was nice and swimming pool access is good but pool cinemas are not open for visitors and back side beach was not available because of ways not build properly totally and breakfast also average totally stay was nice but no other facilities are not good

First of all. this isn’t a resort its a basic lodge without basic amenities like a person to carry the luggage. You have to carry luggage by yourself. Then there is no landline in the room to call the reception. You have to use your local number if you have otherwise go all the way to reception. Now coming to the breakfast it can’t be more pathetic than this. not even a single vegetarian option. even if they make rice they will put egg in it. Overall just a pathetic experience. book if you want to spoil your holiday.

This is a basic kind of resort away from the hustle and bustle. If you don't have the grab app, then you are in a fix. The reception guys can't help you much in bookings a cab neither can you find one in your neighborhood. Rooms are basic. No room service nor anyone to help you with your luggage, nor a lift to help you carry your luggage. Tv does work but it's useless. It has only one channel that's unclear. Instant geyser available. Pool is excellent. Kids it enjoyed fully. But it faces a beach that is shallow, murky and unusable. Nothing much to eat around except some local restaurants. Over-all an average place to settle in as it is a resort. But it is always better to take a hotel room near by the beaches as you have to pay cabs to take you to the beaches. Shopping is duty fire and cheap. Some little less than duty free shops at the airports. None
