The stay was good. No service though. No bell boy so we must helpourselves. Rooms are small. Rooms were clean. Lagguage room and lobby was very helpful. Not so welcoming but i think still better than other Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotels in malaysia

The Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel is plush for ibis level, staff is helpful and food is very affordable. The pool on the Terrence is a view not to be missed. And location is bang on. Good value for money.
