The property asks for a refundable security deposit of failing which they threaten to cancel the booking if you don’t give. This is pure harassment. This should have been mentioned on make my trip app while booking.

We stayed here for a night. Excellent location as we wanted to sample some portuguese food. Close to attractions like fisherman's wharf and even Senado square. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Will recommend a stay here.

It was nice stay along with great service. The location is very nice also staff was really helpful. I would suggest this hotel to stay in Macau. Free shuttle was also great to have.

The hotel room was excellent with a good pool in the same floor. The room service was good as well with great breakfast. The restaurants in the hotel can be a bit better. The location is awesome, very close to the ferry terminal with a free shuttle bus to the ferry terminal.

I Stayed with my friends from Visakhapatnam. Good hotel and good location. Clean and neat hotel, value for money. We 100% satisfied, casino also there very convenient to local bus transport easy to trace address, near by good cheap restaurants and Nightlife areas also there.

The rooms and service were good, it would have been better if the Casino has Poker played in them. The accommodation price should have had with complimentary breakfast. Also there needs to be a free shuttle service to the main casinos in the city.

Casa Real has excellent accommodation with good location, being just walking distance from Macau ferry terminal as well as an excellent Indian restaurent makes it a good choice. However this advantage gets nullified by lack of English speaking people and perhaps that could be the reason behind them getting poor score on hospitality. You tend to get reluctant to ask questions or seek help when other person is not able to understand your language. This makes them little low on value for money. Sure they do have a good price advantage over not as good Golden dragon next block. Golden dragon makes it up by giving fantastic harbour view beside lot of free ready to drink coffee as well equipment. Casa Real should try to put things like a small microwave, few utensils, ready mix coffee (not coffee powder and non-dairy creamer) etc to make it a better proposition. Overall good hotel but expensive considering other aspects.
