solo Good and breakfast etc is of good quality and variety. It’s in city area near to markets. Only issue has that rooms on back side has no clear view and hotel staff is too tough for helping out in early check-in etc.

pragya d.couple Wonderful stay at best western plus, westlands as it's a new modern hotel with all amenities. Staff are helpful. Got a late check out on request and room upgrade. The location is best for shopping and meals are great for indians.

It is a nice property with all the amenities. Good spacious room and friend staff. The staff at reception as well as restaurant were very helpful and courteous, only exception was the travel desk, which had little information on places for sightseeing. The food at the restaurant was good, with nice spread for complimentary breakfast- though limited warm breakfast options for vegeterians. I did surprisingly get dosa one day, but not good - also without coconut chutney. The stay was value for money. The only negative was its location- though it is in the central part of the city, as soon as you step out of the hotel, it is very congested and not so nice neighbourhood.

Manager Mr. Naredra was very soft spoken and very cooperative. He and the Chef Mr. Anil took remarkable efforts to make my stay comfortable. Overall the stay was an excellent one.
