Good Location. However there was no mineral water provided (nor at their Osaka property) & the laundromat was under construction so we could not use the washing machine facilities inspite of booking for 5 nights. The location was good 👍🏻 however no mineral water was provided nor were there coolers at the property ! Also there was construction work on the 2nd & 3rd floor hence we could not access the laundromat & we stayed there for 5 nights so- everything else was alrite. Thank you

Have been staying here for the last 10 years and has been value for money, however cleanliness levels have dipped with even table in room and toilet basin etc not been cleaned everyday of cup stains etc, phone instrument being changed there was no way to contact reception for an extra bath towel and even upon complaining twice was never attended to will never ever stay here again in-spite of being excellently locates hotel.

Cozy, efficient and very nice!

While this hotel is not in the main hustle bustle of Shinjuku, the location is only a 10 minute walk from shinjuku station and really close to smaller train stations. Great eating places within walking distance. The room size is pretty decent, compared to other Tokyo hotels and a compact comfortable for 2. Everything is efficient and the staff is really helpful. Loved my stay here and will return.

The Hotel is located right next to Shinjuku metro Station. Hence, connectivity to the other parts of Tokyo is good. The Hotel is neat and clean. All basic amenities are available in the room. The Hotel staff is very helpful.

Always stay here it's value for money and very centrally located with nice small but very clean rooms. The hotel is located very conveniently above the metro station Higashi shinjuku that has both the Oedo line and the Fukutoshin line passing through.

Room is a bit small but rest is all good. It's easily accessible and it's very clean. The service was excellent and Japanese quality of cleanliness is there so there was no issue at all. Just the room size is very small.

Centrally located & that is the best advantage

The rooms are small, but are not being cleaned properly in recent years and housekeeping services are going down. The rates are also high during peak times. Hence, value for money is getting worse than before, only reason I stay here is for locational advantage.
