Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

Had a great stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku gracery. The location is beyond great. It's bang in the middle of shinjuku, which means you have food and entertainment at your doorstep throughout the day and night. Being the godzilla Hotel Gracery Shinjuku is an extra charming feature. The room i had was rather small, but that's to be expected. The staff were very helpful, and the service was great. I lost an umbrella of theirs, and they very kindly didn't charge me for it despite my willingess to pay for it. Only complaint was that the carpet wasn't cleaned as well as i would have expected, with some previous occupant's broken false nail featuring on the floor (albeit at a corner) prominently. All in all, a great Hotel Gracery Shinjuku, and would definitely stay here again when i'm in tokyo again.

Stayed at the top floor - smaller room (but that was expected basis the room size, wonderful view and very comfortable stay. Had breakfast at sakura (Hotel Gracery Shinjuku restaurant) which had a great breakfast spread including some vegetarian options. The winner is the location - close to attractions and bustling with night life! also, post checking out the front desk was able to keep my luggage till end of day when i collected it.

Excellent location, excellent cleanliness, only drawback is small rooms but that’s normal in tokyo. Subway is at 500mt u have loads of food options bang downstairs the Hotel Gracery Shinjuku. The staff is very sweet and helpful. Only one thing which was not that nice was the pillows. Not really comfortable.

The main reason we booked this Hotel Gracery Shinjuku was for our little godzilla fan but unfortunately the godzilla head was closed. Travel-ling this far specially for godzilla and then not able to go close to it was disappointing. If only the Hotel Gracery Shinjuku would have informed about it

The Hotel Gracery Shinjuku location is in the most ‘happening’ place. Centrally located, lots and lots of food options around. However the room size is small. So carry less bags. Also the area is known for it’s nightlife, so you may choose to join, or just ignore

Excellent room size for 3 guests as we booked triple room..Close to the metro and nightlife and restaurants all around this Hotel Gracery Shinjuku.. Godzilla area was shut which was a disappointing...Overall lovely stay and helpful staff

Beautiful property, centrally located at prime location, near to shinjuku station, very humble and polite staff.. had a lovely experience of staying in this Hotel Gracery Shinjuku.. highly recommended.

Good location, few minutes of walking distance from the subway line. The access to godzilla was closed indefinitely and there is no information of the same on any of the travel portals. Big let down.

The location couldn't have been better.Absolute central in Shinjuku.All types of restaurants around.Comfortable bed & bath etc.Shopping malls .

Location was great, room size was larger than average for the same range of Hotel Gracery Shinjukus. All amenities were available and beds were comfortable.

The location is very central with lots to do Around. But the price per night is quite high and the size of the room is very very small. The Hotel is nice and the staff friendly.

The property is well.located in Shinjuku area and very near the Shinjuku station. However it is quite crowded especially in the evenings and night.

We stayed at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku gracery for 6 nights. Hotel is very conveniently located. 15 min walk to shinjuku station. The godzilla is a major attractions if you are traveling with young kids

Neat and clean room. Friendly staff and options to luggage storage etc. great location and accessibility to various hangout places.
