We stayed for 2 nights and found that the hotel has a lot of rooms, the most favorable aspect being, ofcourse next to Rialto Bridge and hence close to the public transport and other scenic centers. The room was comfortably big for a family of 3, bathroom has a bath tub and all the toileteries. One thing missing in the room is the coffee machine (and also a kettle). Also obe suggestion from us to the hotel management to replace the old style blankets with good quality duvets as they are more hygienic. Breakfast was also very good with good options, specially the coffee deserves the worthy mention. also, there is a nice restaurant next to the grand canal.

1. First of all great location, just a few minutes from st. Mark's square and just beside the rialto bridge. What a great place to stay beside the canals. 2. Breakfast spread was huge and you have a plenty of delicious options to choose from. The croissants and cakes were excellent. 3. Staff was very courteous and supportive. They gave a warm welcome and was ever ready to guide you. 4. The rooms were all clean and tidy and proper hygiene was maintained. Great place to stay.

It was not at all a good stay for me, there is only one lift in the hotel, which is always busy. Room was extremely small, it's a size of a toilet. Room was extremely noisy, couldn't sleep properly at all. Breakfast was horrible too.

The hotel was situated at the heart of the city. It was right beside the Rialto bridge. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfy. The only drawback was, the rooms were small. But overall, it was amazing. Must visit and worth every penny.

Nice location, but pricey for such small rooms. It is Venice you see! Average breakfast, but lots of fruits and fresh boiled eggs. They should at least keep couple of bottles of water in the room for the price they charge. Staff were courteous, not very helpful though, except for one gentleman who was on duty in the evening.
