The hotel is nearby to termini but the facilities are worst, bathroom has the biggest problem, water comes out from bathroom to your bedroom, no reception calling details are provided for emergencies, I had to call the staff myself and wait for 30 minutes in the lobby to get my room cleaned the room. Nothing worth for money we have spend and above that city tax is collected, not sure what is the logic for such a bad experience. If you want to stay for a night it's ok to stay but if you want to stay more nights please do check everything before you book the hotel.

I was given a room of lower category than what i booked. I had to argue for getting the one that i had booked. Purportedly the category of my room type was sold out. I had to manage with twin single type bedding at last. The hotel rooms require overhaul. Location of the hotel was very good.

Location was excellent hardly 5 walk from roma termini station but hotel is not good as compared to the price. You will not get even basic facilities like kettle and ac, room had fridge but not working. Rooms were extremely hot even in december month now imagine the summer. Rooms were extremely hot and we didn’t sleep well in our entire trip. Ac was not working, bathroom had hairdryer but it was heating alot after using for seconds. Most of the things in room were broken. Hotel was clean but very old furniture. They took city tax which is very high as compared to other countries city tax. For 1-2 days its fine but don’t plan long stay, i don’t know how they manage the heat in summer time.

It was a good experience and the key point is location which is next to roma termini and you can get the metro train tram taxi anything. It was a comfortable stay with roman kinda building and decor.

Room was clean but very small. Even not good space for single person and very congested corridor. Breakfast didn't had good option and service was not great. But location is very good and just 100 mtr from roma termini with lot of good restaurants. Indian restaurant saravana bhavan and delhi restaurant are near by and you can enjoy very lovely indian food

Hotel is just 1 min walking from room termini Station. Rooms well maintained. Luggage room facility present but safety not guaranteed. Break fast have limited option. City tax charged per person per night above 10 years is above average. Good Indian restaurant just 1 minute.
