Breakfast is good. House keeping zero, there is no room service, we stayed two days without air conditioning, staff some are very nice and humble, very rude receptionist and don’t have basic knowledge and bad behaviour with customers. Only advantage hotel is very near to railway station

very bad staff and terrible service

Very bad property, staff is not at all supportable. Even their breakfast buffet don’t have anything eat. They have only breads. We as Indian taken our own packed haldiram food we asked to microwave our food for 5 min they said no. They are not supportive at all. For Indian they don’t have single item or dish to eat. They don’t have fan or AC in room. We asked to switch on the AC or fan they staff said they won’t be able to on as it is warmer season for them. They have every control in their hands.

location is very good as all the landmarks are within walking distance. they handed us a map of areas around the hotel and that was extremely helpful in navigation.
