Clean rooms, good breakfast and easy access to public transport. The front desk staff are very welcoming. The staff is always greeted and served with a smile

Excellent location near train station, good restaurants near by, staff good, fast check in and check out.

Shower not working properly. Only cold water in shower. Multiple issues with room. On check in lights not working. Wrong time booking of taxi causing me to pay waiting charges.

Hotel is close to the roma termini which is also the starting point of the hop-on hop-off buses. We had taken ‘breakfast included’ and found the spread okay. Had to use take away breakfast but it was quite sad. The area is full of hotels and early morning trucks deliver some stuff - high decibel noise both, from the man and the machine and the room window just couldn’t filter that out. So that remained our unsolicited early morning alarm. Old property which until 2016-17 had earned some accolades.

I stayed just for 1 night but the stay was good. The staff was courteous. I had an early flight so they packed vegetarian breakfast for me.

Great location near to Roma central, walking distance to most of the historical places. Good food and big spacious rooms

Great hotel near Roma Termini, highly recommend. They gave mobile phone for local and std calls(few countries) and also provided electric massage bed. Room was clean.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, very near to the train station and all the major attractions. There are also many cafes nearby. The room is clean and spacious and the breakfast has many options for all.

Hotel is located at very good place. Walking distance to termini. Good location. Connected to metro, bus, trains, trams.

Basics missing, no tea/coffee in the room. Don't even provide water in room. Small room. As such Hotel is okay.

Very near to roma termini and republica. Special remote controlled beds available. They give you roman swim enabled mobile phone which is very helpful for navigation purposes in the city.

The hotel was good but some basic item coffee making kettle was not available. Location was very good in the main city of Rome just 100 meter from Rome Central railway station. You can reach very ea sly from air port to Rome railway station and can walk to hotel. But room was very small and TV was not having any english chennel. Otherwise every thing was fine.

The best part of this Hotel is their location. It is nearly 100 metres away from Roma terminal station. Everything is very reachable from the place like Bus, Metro, etc. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Clean room and toilet. I would definitely visit again.
