It is a nice hotel near the milan certosa railway station or qt8 metro station. The receptionist speaks good english, and the breakfast menu is decent. The room was very nice, with a good flow of shower and bathtub. The only downside i noticed was the air conditioning in the room, which needed to be fixed for the single night i stayed, as it was heating the room instead of maintaining the temperature.

Hi. The hotel room was not upto to the standard of double tree by hilton. The staff was having difficulty in understanding english. We were not satisfied with the breakfast as even after informing a day prior we had limited options as vegetarian.

Just ok nothing like 4 star

I am actually disappointed. I need to wait almost 40 minute at the time of check in. I reached there 4 pm and got the room almost around 5pm! There are 3 person in reception but only one of them is working other 2 is busy with phone and there is a huge line to check in! The room is also just ok. The amenities in the room is very poor quality. The lady in the front desk of breakfast table is very rude. I mean you must be polite when you are standing in a front desk! Breakfast is also just ok. I ordered one bottle of water in the room and they charged certain amount! I roam many places throughout the world, live in most of the time in 5 stars and some of 4 stars but never got that kind of service and poor hotels anywhere till now! Just one good thing that after check out they keep our luggage for few hours as we need to roam the place.

The hotel is very nice, value for money. The breakfast could be a little better, as it was not up to the Hilton standards. The location is quiet but a little far from the city centre. No complaints there as the tram station is quite close to the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay.
