Amazing room with plunge pool and outdoor bathroom

The Scallywags Resort is right at the Beach and at the end of the market lane. Hence you are not going to be away from the happening lie of the Island. Being closely located to the area where our left as we walked down to the Scallywags Resort. People also took horse carts. We were warmly welcomed by Cindy who gave us cold wet towels (much required! ) and a welcome drink. We were then escorted to our room with a plunge pool and a beautiful outdoor bathroom. The Scallywags Resort restaurant has a barbecue at night (pretty famous on the Island). As I Am a vegetarian the chef was very understanding and prepared a delightful veg plate of mi go rang (fried noodles) for me while my husband had fresh fish. Their spa is also quite renowned, hence I would recommend making a reservation early else you might not get a slot. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Scallywags Resort and on the Island!

Gili trawangan is filled with resorts, many of which are recent so more upscalish, scallywags is super popular for its food, and location Taste doesn't suit Indian cuisine, location is great The open Balinese style bathroom is either a hit or miss And early check-in request is only partially fulfilled, May be because it's all fully occupied. Needs a bit modern overhaul But staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

It is basically only 10 mins walk from where they drop us. The rooms were very big. They have some and stuff which you can take and play. Also it's in midst of activities. It's amazing that way. The highlight was the breakfast. It included 1 noodles, rice, ham, sausages, hash browns, baked beans, live counter for pancake, loads of cut and whole fruits, 1 dessert, tea coffee. The value was amazing.

We stayed here for 1 night. Located 5 minutes away from the Gimli harbour, makes it easy to walk it up with your luggage. Has one of the best seafood restaurants in Gili T, with very good breakfast as well. Staff was really friendly and accommodating with our request for an early check in. The welcome drink upon arrival, set a good start to our stay. Will definitely go back.

We stayed at Scallywags for a night. The location was perfect if you are wanting to do the watersports and enjoy the beach restaurants at Gili Trawangan. You can just rent a bicycle from the Scallywags Resort and cycle around the 7 km island. Service is good and rooms spacious and clean. Carry your toiletries. Towels are provided.

Wow is the word which comes to me as I think of this place. The Scallywags Resort is a gift of nature kinda. Lovely open washroom gave a feeling of nature all the time and the shakes and juices served were real. Only it lacked a good Indian chef who can add some Indian dishes to the menu, rest everything was lovely.

Near to the Gilli T harbour and opposite to the beach . Very supportive staff and excellent rooms. No need to go to any party, once u r out of Scallywags there is a party just few meters away - Happening and Happy place
