Poor Stay

Pathetic experience stayed 3 nights, 2 nights in villa, 1 in rooms. Property is decently built, staff is nice, but horrible upkeep, maintenance. Villa- no hot water, plumbing system is broken, water leaking everywhere, in some places no water coming in the pool villa in rooms, 1 room was stinking with smoking smell, imagine kids had to somehow spend night in that room. Another room’s balcony had a big animal throughout the stay, we couldn’t go in the balcony. When we complained and asked to waive off at least 1 night charges out of 3, gm refused to accept issues, and behaved rudely, and offered rs. 500 compensation in form of free drop or 1 room night stay next time in resort. Who would want to stay here next time? don’t stay in this resort.

Excellent stay with fabulous service. The property is excellent but, the highlight is the staffs, they work tirelessly with smile, to keep the guest super happy. Excellent place, will recommend and also stay again.

Amazing resort. A river was flowing through the resort in front of over villa. Private pool was quite big. Amazing breakfast served in the room
