far away from citi center. location given on mmt is not the correct one. it takes you tge other property of Sankara. it not preferred hotel by Indian as it was showing in mmt whil3 making booking. indian food was not so good. only few option

I stayed with my wife and daughter for 2 nights at Sankara Suites & Villas, Ubud, and we absolutely loved it! The property is small but very picturesque, surrounded by greenery with a serene jungle view and a beautiful fish pond right outside the balcony. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with a private balcony that made mornings and evenings so relaxing. The location is convenient – just a short drive from Ubud Palace and the town center. They also provide a complimentary shuttle service to Ubud Market, which made getting around super easy. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety. Even as Indian vegetarians, we found enough options to enjoy every morning. Overall, this place offers an amazing balance of comfort, value, and tranquility. At this price point, it feels like a hidden gem. If you’re planning a stay in Ubud – go for it without a second thought!

Property is good but Staff is not friendly. And most of the staff doesn’t understand english properly and i felt they are baised. we also tried spa its not worthy at all. They charged extra 250k IDR for floating breakfast.

If someone is nature lover. This is one of the best place for stay. Plenty of greenery is there it give a feeling that peace and calm atmosphere. The amenities are good. The staff is very good. The good options are available in breakfast for Indians.

The experience was amazing. The rooms were really really good than what is expected. The staff, food ambience everything was really good. My overall experience was good. For sure booking this again for my next trip to Bali.

beautiful property. very clean and well maintained. Inhouse restaurant's food preparation is fresh & tasty and the feel of authentic Balinese flavour. they don't offer buffet breakfast but have 4-5 types of three course menus which can be mixed and matched. The dishes were freshly prepared and served hot. Also plenty of good food & Spa options at the walking distance from the hotel. The pool villa was excellent, very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool water was well maintained despite so much greenery around. Same as shown in the brochures. The property offers free shuttle service to Ubud palace every two hours. All the staff was friendly and courteous.

The location is not very great and also not a very child friendly place , not very child friendly bathrooms have no separate door in the room

The hotel itself was good overall in terms of infrastructure and ambiance. However, our experience was significantly affected by the behavior of the staff—particularly the hotel manager, Tari. We had booked a deluxe room with a jacuzzi , expecting a premium experience. Unfortunately, we were informed that amenities like a flower bathtub and floating breakfast would cost an additional 800K IDR (~₹4,000), which we felt was excessive considering the already premium pricing. When we politely asked if there was any possibility of a discount or inclusion, the manager, responded in an unprofessional and confrontational manner. She was rude, dismissive, and even picked a verbal fight with us, which was both unexpected and disappointing. Her behavior was unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive, which made us extremely uncomfortable. As if that wasn’t enough, on our way back to the room, she laughed with a colleague in a way that made us feel mocked and disrespected. While the property itself has potential, poor staff behavior—especially from someone in a managerial role—left a negative impression on what should have been a relaxing stay.

Beautiful property with very well appointed and luxurious rooms. The pool suite was excellent, spacious & beautifully decorated. The breakfast is excellent, as are the good & beverage options for other meals. The staff are wonderful- pleasant & attentive! We had an amazing floating breakfast too!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at sankara suites and villas by pramana in ubud, bali, and i couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. The reception was smooth, and we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. The team took the time to explain the services offered and patiently answered all our questions, ensuring we felt comfortable and well-informed throughout our stay. The hotel’s restaurant was another highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, and the courteous staff provided excellent service. It's worth mentioning that they offer fantastic vegetarian options, which are a rarity in bali. One of the standout features of our stay was the generous one-time in-room bar, which was stocked with a wide variety of items. This is something i haven’t seen even in some of the top luxury hotels. During our stay, i also had the pleasure of experiencing a 60-minute balinese massage at the radha spa located on the hotel’s premises, and it was truly outstanding. The service was impeccable, and the spa experience was both relaxing and rejuvenating. Room service was always prompt and attentive, and the hotel’s staff, from front office to janitors, were consistently friendly and professional, greeting us with a smile whenever they passed by. It's the small touches like this that made our stay even more memorable. The hotel also arranges traditional cultural performances, and we were lucky enough to witness a stunning fire dance while enjoying dinner. The location is ideal, just a short distance from the main market in ubud, making it convenient for exploring the local area. Overall, i would give sankara suites and villas a 5-star rating without hesitation. The hospitality, food, and overall experience exceeded my expectations, and i highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting ubud, bali. You won't be disappointed!

Great spacious rooms with amazing views staff is superb

The stay was super luxury, suite was very spacious with all the basic and luxurious amenities. Very good massage session as well. Bar and food rates were very reasonable. Best part was the infinity pool with amazing views.

Hotel staffs are good, difficult to communicate they barely understand english. The hotel is far from ubud centre. Hotel provides shuttle in scheduled intervals. Food options are very limited. Quality of in room facilities are not great.

Premium suite room with private pool. Rooms are very good, property is great. Had a great time there.
