I recently stayed at The Alena Resort and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the resort offers a peaceful and well-maintained environment. The amenities were very good — the spa, pool, and fitness center were all clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and welcoming, and I appreciated how prompt the service was in most areas of the resort. However, my experience with the food was disappointing. Despite giving clear instructions and making repeated requests, the food quantity remained insufficient, and my preferences were often ignored. Unfortunately, the overall taste of the food also did not meet expectations, which significantly affected the enjoyment of my stay. Dining is an important part of any resort experience, and in this case, it fell far short. While the resort does many things well, I believe there is serious room for improvement when it comes to food quality and service in the dining area. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure a more consistent and satisfying experience for future guests.

My stay at alena was amazing, the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, i liked the aesthetic of the rooms, the staff at the resort were very polite and they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The resort provided a serene retreat while being conveniently located near popular attractions. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to bali to stay at this resort.

It is a good resort but it's little far from the market. Apart stay is good and they don't provide buffet breakfast. On order they provide breakfast. But if you want to stay in the outer area then go for it. If you want to live in the city do not go and also it does not look like a 5 star property

The stay was beautiful. Absolutely set in the nature. The staff was simplest fantastic.

Everything from checkin to checkout was great. All the staff members went out of their way to help us. Breakfast was excellent n portions were big.

Property is very good, price worthy but only one issue that there is no buffet breakfast, and when you order there quantity is very less although overall experience is very nice, very good hospitality, luxury villa is amazing and luxury suite is worth the money they are charging

It’s just perfect place for vacation. You will feel pampered. Each and every details are taken care of perfectly. Food is amazing and shuttle service makes it easy to travel to Ubud Central.

This is the best property we stayed at in our trip. It has a lot of photogenic places in the property. Great spa. Great food for vegetarians. Staff is too helpful and kind. Offers free shuttle to the market.

This is the best experience. The staff is humble and welcoming. Room’s are really worth the stay. The resort has multiple other features like photography, shuttle bus to market, spa, rice field tour and ubud tour
