The property is simply beautiful, centrally located and very well mentioned. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area is the highlight of the property. The whole property is very clean.
The staff is courteous and warm. We are very happy that they accommodated our request for a late breakfast.
The only downside of this stay was they didn't have good tea to suit Indian taste buds. Also breakfast options for an Indian vegetarian is limited.
Other than that rest was fantastic, Thank you.

The property is beautiful, staff is very cooperative and liked the location but next to property is a poultry farm or something, rooster started crowing in the morning and rooms are not sound proof hence lot of disturbance from 5/6 am. If you have sleep which gets disturbed by such sound, please think and book.
Hotel was also not able to do much but i would recommend soundproofing of rooms.

Everything was perfect at the Element hotel.
They had good vegetarian options in the buffet breakfast.
The hotel staff was good. The pool area was also well maintained.
The only disappointment was the pool access room where the pool still had to be accessed from walking and getting off the stairs.

The property is situated at a reasonable distance from the main market and shopping areas. It is a beautiful well maintained property. The staff is professional and warm. The food is also perfect. The Element by Westin is a nice property near the Ubud main market area and lot of super markets and restaurants nearby. the staff was excellent, always helpful and smiling. the breakfast was good too. Rooms are comfortable for a family of 3. it was overall a nice relaxing stay.
