Poor on hospitality, great on views

The staff at the hotel is pathetic. They do not understand a word of english and do not make an effort to understand the customer's query. We could not manage to get even a pair of scissors from the hotel! The staff made fun and kept laughing by saying stuff in their language. Utter disgusting for a guest. The breakfast is so limited. The view and location is nice. That is the only good part. Plug points dont work, washroom has broken plugs switches, switch area has cob webs, pools are not cleaned hence no one can swim. Overall a bad experience.

Super ambiance and near to Ubud market. So many places of interest are near by. Hotel known to all that made easy for drivers and agents for picking up and dropping us. Staff are co-operative. Overall 4.5 star rating. Only the variety available in breakfast are not good. All 3 breakfast types below: 1. American breakfast bread, butter, jam, egg (omelette/boiled/scrambled), fruits/juice. Coffee you can prepare. 2. Indonesian breakfast (not tried). 3. Special breakfast kind of American breakfast instead of egg they serve pan cake with honey. Breakfast time 7.30-10.30. But my trips are planned for early morning I requested for 30 early. And they made it available for me.

Very good hotel and food facility. Pool was good Breakfast had very limited options and quantity was very less. Staff was very good. Location about 2 km from UBUD palace. Indian restaurant is just opposite the hotel

Good ambience with two swimming pools

A beautiful resort just outside Ubud centre. The two swimming pools and spa help you relax. Located among the rice fields, it is quite close to the Campuhan Ridge walk. It offers shuttles at 5 times a day to Ubud centre but timings are not very suitable. Indian restaurant right outside is a very good option for vegetarian food. It's breakfast was limited and did not have much options but otherwise the service was very good.

Good location with nice ambience. Overall facilities was excellent. Shuttle transport an added facility was available 24x7. My booking was accepted with no hidden charges. The hotel was well managed and very clean. Both the swimming pools were very useful for kids use also. Breakfast was simply superb. Definitely will stay again here.
