Alam Sari Hotel Keliki

It was a beautiful nature friendly place. The staffs are friendly too. If you are scared of frogs or lizards then it is not for you. A little distant from the ubud centre but you can enjoy a calm vibe. Sometimes it can be noisy because of bike sounds which comes even to room else a blissful place.

It was a very isolated property, there were only 2 men during the day and no staff at night; wi-fi problems- it doesn’t work, also, it’s very scary to stay at night and you can hear weird noises. If you go to the staff members, you won’t find anybody. Scary experience

It's a peaceful resort located away from the city, calm n within the greens. The staff were super polite n cheerful. Breakfast was delicious though the menu was same n limited. We had booked for 3 days, on the first day we had done late check in we were given a room which was not well maintained, there were ants falling from the wooden ceiling, though it was cleaned n given, ants kept falling on the bed n no others rooms were available that day, so we had to adjust with that. The next day we got shifted to another we'll maintained room. The pool was clean n maintained. The downside was that it was 30 min away from the ubud city. Overall it was a good saty

The staffs were not present to attend us or solve any our concern, hotel is not maintained, no one was there at the reception table

Horrible! we had to check out immediately & shift to another hotel. We should get our money back! the resort owner has changed & they have no restaurant plus horrible maintainance. The two young boys working now were still nice but the manager really gave a damn. He told us directly that now the system has changed, i don't have staff & cant provide any facility. You want anything get a cab or we can get you one (with extra charges, and you can go to the town & have food. In that location its hardly possible to go out at night. Moreover the trees n shrubs are overgrown with the roofs broken at places. The washroom sent a chill down our spine with its dampness, dirt & poor shape. This resort is over if no step taken. Please don't go! and #makemytrip, please return our money. We didn't stay a night even.

Bathrooms doesn't have ceiling, ants all over the. Beds and no guards or hotel staff.

When we stay in alam sari keliki resort and spa there will be lots of ants came to bed from the floor and everywhere

1. No operating restaurant inside the resort. So you have to manage food by going outside of resort (4-5kms away. Also only 2-3 items in breakfast. 2. Resort rooms are not maintained properly. There are many ants in room or sometimes on bed too. 3. Swimming pool maintained well and view from hotel is pleasing.

Firstly, the property was huge but was not well maintained. Very dirty. There was no electricity at the villa which we had booked. They were supposed to make that work before evening but then they asked us to shift to a small villa. We went out to explore ubud after shifting the villa and had asked the staff there to clean the room before we come back. When we reached the villa at night after having dinner it looked like a haunted house. Not a single person was present at the villa. Room was dirty, there were ants in the room, lizard, dirty bed. Tried to contact the staff at the reception but we couldn’t see anybody. Felt like we were in a haunted house. Scary. Dirty. Not maintained well. Swimming pool was dirty.

Ok. This is a very ideal place for staying. Lovely atmosphere around totally green all around. Very friendly staff i stayed with family including young children. We stayed in during the silent day they helped us to procure well in advance so that silent day went smoothly.

No food available. The rooms have lizards and insects.
