All ai generated fake pictures. Hotel is really old. Bed was broken. Pathetic hotel condition. Stinking rooms. No space at all. It’s no where close to the pictures as given on mmt. Please do not book it. I saw it and came out of it as could imaging staying there

Silka Seaview Hotel

1) Very good location. It is in the center of city, metro station and bus stop are just 2-3 minutes walking distance away which is a very plus point from traveling prospective. 2) Temple street market is also on walking distance, also the extended temple street market is just below the hotel which is very good from shopping prospective. 3) Too many street food hotels are just behind the hotel which are open till late night 2 am. So no need to worry about food. 4) Regarding hotel the rooms are very very small which is a big negative point but neglected that just because of good location. Room service housekeeping was good, they use to clean everyday. Hotel buffet breakfast was very good. We didn't had lunch or dinner in hotel because we use to have it outside so can't comment on that. Overall I can't say excellent but I will rate as a good just because of the size of room.

Reception staff is rude and rough

Rooms are very small and the price is very high. Reception staff is rude and rough they do not respect customers. Rooms are very small and the beds are even smaller. Breakfast is typically Chinese and lot of prok in it. They do not speak English at all and lot of communication problem with and on top of it all staff is very rude towards the customers.

Very small size room. Service is average. Cutlery is not available in room service. Cannot eat food in room. Bathroom service is average. Looks different in the photo in web site details. I am not very happy but hotel lobby good.

Good but room was little small. Staff was very helpful. They provided luggage check-in also for free and after that 10$ per baggage which is very cheap in comparison to other. Very nice staff and helpful. Room also contains many things which you normally need. Overall nice experience.

Budget hotel near temple street

A very affordable at a walking distance from A21 stop. However the room is tiled with poor wallpaper making it look like a cheap motel room. The carpet is very stinky. The room structure is quite OK, managed to squeeze everything in one room. The free Mobile hotspot is nice.

The rooms are extremely small and are not as shown in the pictures. Even then the hotel provides for almost all the necessary items in the room the location is the only positive of this hotel. The staff is not at all helpful.

I like staying in this hotel. Nice place to stay. Will visit again soon. Hotel staff are very cooperative. Very neat and clean atmosphere. Food is really good. Outside view is awesome from your room. I can say paying money is worth staying in this hotel.

The room is too small and location is total local place of town.. T S T is the hot shot location for tourists. It's bit cheaper than other.. It's near to Temple street and ladies market this is the only advantage in staying at this location. But the rooms are too small..

Very Bad Hospitality, Extremely Small Room, Overall Bad Experience

Problems at hotel: - executives at front desk were very rude, harsh & ill-mannered. - wifi doesnt work properly. - no free water bottles provided. - room was not as shown. - very bad interiors & ultra small room. Doesn't even have space to put your luggage & step around. You can't even breathe properly in the room. So overall, it was a very very negative experience. Hotel staff need to learn the basic manners & hospitality as how to deal with their guests. The only good thing was a free mobile phone and free shuttle service to MTR. But overall, thumbs down due to lack of space and very bad interiors.

The location is prime. The hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. I didn't eat at the hotel until the last day, and the food was good and so was the service in time. I would love to stay here again in my near future visits to Hong Kong.
