Location was good and near the MTR Station. Amenities were also great , but there were no water bottles in the room and the rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos.

The property is well located near the MTR. Number of eateries and grocery shops around. Did not try the food there are breakfast was not mandatory. The rooms were extremely small and it’s difficult to manage space if you have large suitcases. Ideal for shorter visits and people travelling light. The staff if polite and many speak English as well.

It was extremely bad !! Room was too small payed more than 10000 per night and this wasn’t worth. ... secondly rooms weren’t clean at all I got allergy on my entire body I can even show the pictures how bad it was !!

The rooms are very very small. The view is nice but the WiFi was not working in our room. Stayed very few time in the hotel but still it is problematic for two people.

I want Happy staying there because I wasn’t cared at all , the staff need to be trained hospitality and guest relationships. The room had no wardrobe. How do this hotel guys think where to place the bags and other things . No place to dry the basic cloths . I saw the hotel online booked a harbour view and got a room with 2 different beds and the carpet was stinking. 4 days stay they never changed my sheets. Never back to this hotel. Again . Such rude concierge staff made me wait a lots of time just to get another rude driver from his personal contact to drop . When I went for breakfast I felt it was just like I was stealing food . So I stoped going for it .

Room size is very small, two person can’t even stand together. In this price range you can opt for better option. It is high storey building, in morning you will face lift issues. Location is also not good as compare to other locations.

If anyone is reading this review before booking the hotel, please stop. There is no view whatsoever till 30 floors. The rate is too high for a property like this. It is absolutely not upto ramada standards. The rooms are you extremely small. Smaller than anyone can imagine. Bathroom are even smaller. No cupboard, no complimentary water, no complimentary toiletries. Just nothing. The breakfast buffet is worse. Same food over and over again everyday. Small layout with 4-5 items. Please stay anywhere else.

There was also a locker in our room where we could keep our personal belongings. Like the kids' tablet or our phones, so we couldn't keep the tablet because the locker was very small. The only thing that was good was their cleaning staff. None of our belongings got misplaced. This was the only good thing about them. If someone asks me for reference of going to hong kong hotel ramada then i will never give him reference of staying in ramada hotel. Our experience at ramada hotel was terrible. The rooms were very small and there were no cupboards inside to keep things. And now there was always a foul smell in the washroom for which we asked them for a room freshener. And in ramada hotel, apart from water bottle charges, there were charges for brush. There were chargers for shaving kit which are not there in other hotels. In ramada, when we were not in the room, their staff used to go to the rooms to check whether the room was clean or not, which we did not like. They should have come there in our presence. I have seen this in this hotel only and have not seen this in any other hotel.

they gave me room on lower floor and the rooms were very small as compared to what is was shown or given size while booking. They gave torn-ed towels they did not washed the tea cups and kept back as it is. Worst experience to book hotel
