Horrible experience at Ramada Grand View Hotel

I booked Ramada because of the brand value but I had a terrible experience at this hotel. They are just spoiling the brand name of Ramada. 1. The room was very dirty. There were hairs on the floor and they refused to clean the room. 2. The staff at the hotel wasn't very responsive. They were literally less bothered about the guests. 3. The breakfast was not good at all. My son has a stomach infection after having breakfast at the hotel. 4. The cups were not changed or washed everyday. We had to get paper cups for drinking tea and coffee. 5. They didn't clean or make the room for the first 3 nights. Very unhigynic place. Don't spoil your vacation by staying at this hotel.

Filthy location, very ordinary rooms lacking basic amenities and cleanliness. Wardrobe doors need repair. Only two small towels good enough for face cleaning. The street seems a vet market with very foul smell the moment you get out of hotel. Very basic room. Outside view are old dilapidated buildings

The rooms are basic and the hotel is located at a street full of meat shops. There is no room service and nor they provide basic things such as shower cap or dental kits, everything needs to purchased else bring it yourself. Choose the twin bed as their king size bed room is extremely small and has a queen bed instead of a king bed. Overall experience was very average as it’s a proper budget hotel with hardly any eminities.

The hotel is situated in a interior road of HK with all meat shops next to it. Please take your tooth brush, shower cap, drinking water, shaving kit etc. (Everything) as the hotel doesn’t provide anything in the room; not even drinking water - you need to buy each of these items from the reception. Don’t choose a king size bed room, rather go for twin bed and join them as the king size bedroom is extremely small with no window or any space to move, we had to get our rooms changed because of that. There is no room service or kitchen in the hotel, so you have to arrange your meals from outside. Breakfast is served at the 1st floor which has a very limited menu and same each day.

The property is really in a bad state and not maintained at all, it does not justify the brand ramada, services are nothing. Pool closed, rooms dirty, bed not comfortable. Location is far from main areas and street is not good. Big noon for anyone looking for this one.

The staff is non cooperative, no warmth in welcoming the guests, the breakfast options were limited and same menu everyday. The housekeeping was also very poor. It’s really bad for the ramada brand’s image

Rooms are small. Staff cannot speak english properly. Not very service driven environment. You cannot order food from the hotel and if you were to pack and get food from outside then no provision to heat it

Room has foul smell. Hotel located in raw sea food market, hence there was foul smell in the hotel. Hotel breakfast was terrible. Not fit for indian traveller. Same menu all the days.
