A very basic hotel

This is a very basic property and nothing like a novotel hotels around the world. The location is also not very convenient as it’s at some distance from metro and the city center. Although very convenient to travel by taxi. We didn’t try their breakfast as it was not very appealing to us. Staff at the reception were ok but staff at the reception were absolutely not interested in a guest. Somehow, this stay was not something to remember. Rooms were fine with tight washrooms. However excellent value for money.

Nothing to complain about the hotel except for its location. Even though we didn't face any problem, the neighbourhood don't seem to be safe enough for a walk in the night. So it's better to take a taxi if you're planning to go out late.

We had a very pleasant experience at the Novotel Athens. The hotel is clean and located in a peaceful and safe locality. The staff is very good. Its more like a business hotel, but has all the facilities one would ask for. Its also located conveniently. Almost all the tourist spots are in 5 to 10 minutes vicinity. The bus connectivity is also good. Food is also of good quality. Overall, a very pleasant stay with family and more importantly, very good value for money.

A bit away from the metro stations and from the centres of attraction in Athens. That aside the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Maintenance staff were quick to attend to repairs. Only flaw was no water in gym and attempts to get the empty water tank replaced were unsuccessful.

We had a very pleasant experience at the Novotel Athens. The نوفوتيل أثينيس is clean and located in a peaceful and safe locality. The staff is very good.
