Our Experience at Hyatt Frankfurt Airport – Below Expectations

We recently stayed at Hyatt Frankfurt Airport for two days and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards one would typically associate with the Hyatt brand. • Reception: The front desk appeared overwhelmed and transactional, with little clarity or warmth in communication. A sense of customer centricity, which should be at the core of any Hyatt property, was noticeably missing. • Deposit: An unexpected deposit of €50 was collected at check-in, which was neither communicated beforehand nor refunded to date. • Food: The only highlight of our stay was the variety and quality offered at the breakfast buffet. • Basic Services: Surprisingly, several essential amenities were missing – no dental kits, insufficient pillows in the room, and only a single 500 mL water bottle provided per day, which felt inadequate for two guests. Such oversights are inconsistent with Hyatt’s global standards. • Location: While the property is conveniently located near both domestic and international terminals, it is considerably distant from Frankfurt city center. At the room rate charged, one expects a seamless experience with standardized services that reflect Hyatt’s international reputation. Unfortunately, our stay fell short of that expectation, and we believe there are other options in Frankfurt offering far more consistency at similar pricing.

Location good, Food only non veg available. No Indian food. Only 500ml Drinking water in room. Extra is chargeable. No one responds on the intercom. No one bother about customer service. Pathetic service.

The location was the best part of the stay. It was easily accessible and the check in process was a breeze. I was on my vacation europe tour and visited this hotel at the very end, it was by far the most spacious room of all. The room was very large with all amenities. The bathroom was big, clean and comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

Where to write a review. The hotel was good, cozy, comfortable. I found it little difficult to manage all the luggage by myself. Also room service was not available i guess. But otherwise everyone was in place, neat and clean.

The hotel is conveniently located near frankfurt airport. There are no shuttle buses but taxis are waiting right outside to drop you at the airport. About 12-15 euros one way. The buffet breakfast spread was quite vast and well prepared and presented. Rooms are modern and very comfortable. Service was good, but i noticed long lines for checking in (i heard later that this was because many passengers had missed their flights due to the microsoft it outage.
