Brilliant but just an issue

Everything was so good except the lift service. It's very clean inside, location is fantastic and easily available by local transport system. Breakfast is very good, lots of option for veg food. Overall great service, however, the lift service was interrupted. Only 2 lifts available and one of them was out of order. It's little bit difficult to up and down with just only 1 lift in a such large place.
