great location and v good rooms front desk v good....................................................

It was a very comfortable stay. Great service, prompt responses by the staff. The hotel is located very close to Liberty square, ease of access to spots in Tbilisi. Clean, spacious rooms and many aminities. Very few hotels offer amenities in Tbilisi. We had no complains. To top it, they made me feel special on my birthday by allotting a room with balcony and they also gave me a free wine.

Location is awesome.. Food- lot of options but vegetarians have very limited options as like any other place in Georgia.. Staff is very courteous

The hotel was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and bathrooms were nice. There was daily cleaning of the room. They even stored our luggage after checkout which was very helpful before our flight. The only issue with the hotel was the location. It is right opposite the presidential palace which is a great location in normal circumstances but since the past few months there is a protest going on there. Every night people gather at the palace which is right at the entrance of the hotel and it did not feel safe as a tourist. Till the protest is on, I would recommend booking a place near meidan square as we never know how these protests can affect us. Every evening, we had to be cautious while stepping out of the hotel and with the limited time we had there, it was not the best experience. Nevertheless, the hotel was great otherwise.

It’s a very budget and friendly hotel at a prime location. All the main attractions are in a KM or two. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. I can’t think of any budget and a nice hotel at this price than others.

The staff were good . The breakfast was also good with number of options for veg as well . The room was quite weirdly designed with very less lighting and very small balcony. But amenities were good as compared to other hotels in the area. The location was good right next to Liberty square.

A small boutique hotel with the right blend of aesthetics , professionalism , hyegine and value for money . The location is one of the best as in the neighbourhood is the Georgian Parliament , therefore security is supreme . The amenities are good when it comes to Pool , Sauna . The staff is receptive , smiling and helpful ,.

Great location, walkable from main attractions. Spacious and super clean rooms, great hospitality. Outside food was allowed in hotel which was a respite for tourists like us who like Indian food. Funicular was just 5 mins walk from hotel. Very helpful staff. Overall very comfortable stay. You don't need to look for any other option if you choose to stay at Shota@Rustaveli. We didn't choose hotel breakfast, so have no comments on food.

We stayed for 6 nights at the hotel and it was amazing, the staff is amazing and was very attentive. All in all this will now be our permanent hotel of choice in Tbilisi. The only caveat was the restaurant staff was a bit rude and we did not feel like going back to eat there later because of it.

I found the food to be not to my taste, and I felt that 100 Lari for two people was quite expensive. However, I must say that the people here are very nice and soft-spoken, which is a very important aspect of hospitality and was genuinely appreciated. Due to a flight delay caused by the India-Pakistan conflict, I requested a late checkout. While I did receive a one-hour extension, I feel that considering the circumstances—and if the room was available—it would have been more thoughtful to offer a bit more flexibility with the checkout time.

The overall experience was good..FO - Ellene was very helpful and provided us with a smooth early check- in. All other FO, housekeeping staff were also good and friendly and resolved our query time to time.. Will stay again once back to Tbilisi

Location is spot on. on a quiet street right next to the parliament which also means lots of police. Walking distance from all the main attractions of Old Tblisi. food is excellent. one of the best breakfast spreads.

Amazing stuff location is newer everything near goverment, police everywhere, safe and clean area love it
