Good hotel with good staff

We stayed for two nights during May 2025. Though the room is a little smaller, it is very well maintained. The staff are extremely good. The TV is having net connectivity and we could watch OTT content. The hotel has tastefully decorated interiors. It is a very goof value for money.

Good Stay

Location. Central relocated all tourist attraction within 3 km radius which is walkable. Food: excellent they have 2 restaurants, on ground floor called TiffanyRestaurant and a rooftop one called Tiffany bar, which of hoppers in the evening 6:00 p.m. onwards providing an excellent view of the city. Food is good, local as well as Mediterranean food is served. Also there is a good choice of wine. Rooms. The standard room is a bit small. I was fortunate to have been upgraded to a big room on the third floor.

It was a pleasure staying at your hotel for three nights. We were very pleased with the allocation of a room with a balcony on the third floor. The hotel's attention to detail in its interior design was truly remarkable and created a lovely ambiance. We also found the staff to be consistently polite and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offered was enjoyable, and while the vegetarian options were somewhat limited, we appreciated the quality of the food provided. We would have readily given a five-star rating; however, we did notice that the towels in our room were not changed during our stay. We observed the same stains on the towels even after they had been dried. As we only realized this on our final night, we did not have the opportunity to bring it to the reception's attention. Additionally, we noted that showering in the evening required informing the reception to switch on the geyser, as it could take some time for the water to heat up. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at your hotel and appreciate the positive aspects of our stay. We hope this feedback is helpful for your continuous improvement.

Good property but definitely not a luxury hotel

The stay was pleasant. However the rooms are damp and look very old. Bare minimum is offered. It’s right next to the kura river and liberty square is only 1. 5km. Tiffany bar and terrace restaurants is really good.

Excellent stay at riverside hotel.

Location was good. Just a 15-20 minute wall from old town and liberty square. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Service was good. The breakfast was also good and had a lot of variety. Our late check in at 1 am in the morning was very quick and efficient. We were also allowed a late check out till 12 noon and they also stored our luggage till we were ready to leave. All in all a good stay.

Pros: good location, swanky terrace bar/restaurant, tasteful decor, free consierge service, English speaking staff, some vegetarian options, fast WiFi Cons: small room, breakfast is unimpressive, nearby hotels offer better value, we had two rooms - the views from the balcony are not special, We stayed in two rooms as a family of four adults.
