The stay was good but the food was terrible.Only one or two vegetarian options in the whole breakfast..We have taken the breakfast option but it was waste.All four days we were not able to do breakfast.we don't expect Indian food but atleast good vegetarian dishes.

Terrible Stay

Absolutely disgusting experience. They take 1 hour to send a dental kit. When they clean the room they only change towels and bed sheets. Do not clear the bin, wash the tea cups etc.This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Not worth the money!!

The stay was very comfortable. It was right in the middle of the city with metro right ac-cross the street for easy access. The main reason for us to pick pullman was for the safety as we heard a lot about of things happening in paris. The neighbourhood, the staff and the place made us feel safe. Would definitely recommend to others

Terrible and scary experience

Hotel phone: not working it's a tablet phone hybrid and for some reason the phone was not working. Hotel ice machine: not working (basically they did not fill up the water and we're not bothered to do it even when asked. I was asked to go to the restaurant and get it from there) privacy nil. On 2 ocassions hotel staff came into my room while i was sleeping. They immediately apologized and left but nevertheless less i could not sleep without fear. Checkin: when i came to my room, housekeeping was still there and my door was open.

Excellent Stay

Very beautiful property at a great location. The check-in process was extremely smooth. The rooms very large by par-is standards and overall had a great experience in the 6 nights we were at the hotel. The breakfast spread and the quality also deserves kudos. The only downside was the restaurant options for lunch. The umami burger was something i did not like at all, and more and better dining options would make this a complete package.

Overall it was nice but not so great due to the view from the room, i was expecting bigger windows at least if not the balcony. The breakfast menu was literally same every morning.

Great location & great service

The hotel has a fantastic location, it’s 350mts from gar montparnasse which is a major train station, it has the sncf (euro rail) & metro & bus stops inside, so travel is very convenient from there. The staff is also very nice and helpful, if they don’t speak english well they will call someone who can speak well, but mostly all of them speak english. Very safe neighbourhood, the uber cars are always 2-3 mins away and all major attractions are in 15-20 mins drive distance.

Amazing location right next to metro lovely lobby nice staff just food for vegetarians is zero. Love the view stayed on the 22nd floor wow beat that. Good functional gym. Good jazz restaurant right next to it. Super mart in the next building loved the place.
