Overall, we had a very good experience during our stay. The location was great, and the facilities and food were excellent—we truly enjoyed our time at the property.
However, we did encounter a disappointing situation regarding a booking error. Due to a simple, one-minute mistake, we accidentally booked the wrong month (October instead of September) and were unfortunately met with an unwavering "no refund" policy when trying to correct it, despite the error being a clear oversight and despite the fact that we ultimately did stay at your hotel in September.
While we appreciate clear policies, we believe that for such a minor, obvious error, especially considering we were still guests at the property in the intended month, a little more understanding or flexibility would have been appreciated.
We hope the hotel can consider a more empathetic approach to simple human errors in the future. Despite this, we would still recommend the property based on the quality of the stay itself.
