Good hotel. But very bad airport shuttle service.

The hotel is a small one, but definitely adequate. The rooms are clean and nice. But the receptionists are clues about the hotel and do not care about our concerns. The hotel is located near the airport. But if you plan on going there by the airport shuttle, kiss an hour of your day goodbye. We waited in the bitter cold of Paris in the middle of the night for a shuttle which came after an hour. The schedule of the airport shuttle is unreliable.

Had breakfast only which was not good. There was only one man show in the hotel. Pick and drop service was good but on payment basis. Rooms were very small. It was only as a place to sleep and go if you are having a layover at CDG airport. As in my case layover was 12 hours. So better to sleep there instead of laying at Paris airport.

The staff is rude. They charged for the free shuttle and refused to give a receipt. The receptionist Dmitri behaved as if he just does not care what happens in hotel. He was not ready to talk or provide any information. All in all not a pleasant experience.
