Good hotel with worst customer service. Pros:. Location is good. Hotel seems cleanliness. Breakfast is awesome. Rooms are good. Cons:. Rude receptionist. WiFi didn't work for whole week of our stay. Charged for international calls though the call never worked. Overall: Good hotel but very poor facilities and service for money.

Close to the Pyramids

The room was spacious, clean and good value for money. Ask for a room with a view of the Nile. The Breakfast buffet is very good and has good variety. The staff are very helpful and don't trouble for tips (which is a constant problem even in hotels in Egypt). There is an ATM just outside the hotel and a bank a minutes walk away in case you need to withdraw or exchange money. The best part of the hotel is the location. It is just a 15 min drive away from the Pyramids at Giza and a 40-60 min minute drive from Dashur/. The El Mounib metro station is a 15 min walk (3 mins by minibus) from the hotel which offers great connectivity to the various parts of Cairo as well as to Ramsis Station if your are moving out of Cairo. Overall a wonderful hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
