The stay was very very pleasant. They gave me an early check in by 5 hours without any issues. The staff was very polite and caring. Although I was alone on this trip, it was the safest experience ever. The hotel was hygienic and very welcoming. It was overall a great experience

Good choice if you want to explore prague

The hotel is just a perfect stay for travellers to prague, it is well connected by tram and metro just 5-7 minutes walk away. The prague castle is also very close and at a walk of 7-10 minutes. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was prompt and helpful. The only problem is availability of vegetarian and vegan food options, specially in breakfast. Being an indian traveller and having accustomed to grand buffet at our indian hotels, i found it difficult to have anything there. I just had one breakfast where i had a coffee and vegan bread.

Excellent hotel

This hotel is located walking distance from the Prague castle (10 mins and 15 mins to city centre on other side). They have great staff who guide well and they give a welcome drink (small wine) on arrival. Rooms are excellent with good quality upholstery and very clean. We were able to make free use of steam and Sauna (ancient looking cool place in a cave inside hotel) in our stay which was great plus. They provide bottled water and couple of chocolates in room which was great. The breakfast spread is standard - I wish they could provide omelettes (fresh cooked meal) for this category of hotel in breakfast but no complaints. The lawn extending the dining area was great and had lovely flowers and sunshine to relax, they gave some food vouchers to use inn restaurant but we didn't have time; I am assuming by the looks that the restaurant was good. I would recommend this hotel and stay here next time if I visit Prague.

The hotel is near walking distance of the castle, the rooms are very clean. Good breakfast buffet, helpful staff. It's near city centre hence convenient to travel. The hotel rooms have bathtub, free WiFi and offers welcome drink when you arrive. Enjoyed my stay here will definitely come back.
