Nice cosy room. Room, bathroom was cleaned and bed was comfortable. Nice lobby. Staffs service were excellent. Definitely will come back to stay here

Peaceful stay. Hotel is extremely close to prague airport. They provided free shuttle early in the morning too. Rooms were clean. Overall it met the expectations as wanted to fly out early morning

Terrible experience

It was a terrible experience with hotel staff, they were rude and provide no room service at all. They cancelled our free breakfast and charged us extra for this. I recommend not to book this house for leisure trip.

They only have twin beds

I booked the hotel for 1 night as it's quite close to Airport and provides Airport shuttles. The rooms are clean but quite small. They have AC that doesn't works, though they provided us with table fan to compensate. Biggest turnoff they only have twin beds.

Located at a walk-able distance from the all the terminals of the airport, holiday inn Prague gave us an amazing stay. We stayed there for two nights, the room was absolutely fantastic great and comfortable beds with all the amenities. The bus stops are just located outside the hotel therefore the accessibility to the city center and major spots is not an issue. The staff in morning was a trainee therefore gave us a room with two separate beds which was still OK but when we asked them for a charger connector she refused very bluntly. The staff on the other hand in the evening was very very nice caring provided us with a connector free of charge and further specially came to the room to provide tea or coffee in the absence of it in the room. Free service to the airport in dropping and picking up highly recommended.

Ok place to stay near the airport

Good hotel near the airport. really helps when you have an early morning flight. like we did. However, the reception and the hospitality leaves much to be desired. especially at the price point it really becomes a hygiene rather than an add-on. Service charges to deliver food an astounding 10 euros. Only brownie point for me was the complimentary drop to airport.
