Hotel’s location is nice as it is at walking distance to the tram stations, and the river. There are Few cafes and restaurants nearby and a small mall with an Indian restaurant at 10 mins walking distance. Room was really cramped, and we were given the room right next to the lift, it was noisy, other rooms too had tram noise coming from street. We were provided with single bed quilts which were very short and not enough to cover an average 5’2” person. Even room’s heating wasn’t working so next day they provided with a separate heater. Even after asking they didn’t have any bigger or even a double bed size quilt. Even room’s heating wasn’t working so next day they provided with a separate heater. The staff was rude and not very helpful. Ask them for something and they give you looks as if you have asked for an arm and a leg!!! Breakfast spread was limited but good. Room was small, cramped and noisy.. with no facilities as in room heating was not working, quilts were short/ small. Staff was not helpful.

The hotel is very comfortable and located and a convenient location with close proximity to all public transport and the riverfront. The staff is also very courteous and helpful. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Nice, cozy clean room, pleasant green color curtains gave it a fresh look, breakfast was nice and day I was leaving, I had to leave early in the morning, the staff expedited the setup of the breakfast to help me out, that was cool.

Basic hotel, not 4 stars, air condition in the room didn't work as usual so the weather was very hot and have open the window instead. Breakfast was ok. WiFi in room and free of charge. Tourist attractions can be reached by walking. Tram stop in front of the hotel.

Great stay and courteous staff

Perfect location to explore Prague for first-timers like ourselves. Tram and underground transportation nearby for easy exploration of the city. Breakfast was excellent considering a budget-minded hotel (we had six mornings worth), and the staff were courteous and very helpful. We would stay again here during any future itineraries including Prague.

Rooms were okay. Location was good for connectivity but not many food joints or shops around. We had a tough time getting dinner on the day we arrived as the few restaurants around closed around 9.30pm. Not really a thriving part of the city. Hotel is like any Best Western hotel nothing really to complain about. Expected a better breakfast though.

Hotel is located very close - 5 minutes walk to a metro station and Hop on hop off station. It is a value for money hotel for standard rooms. All inclusive breakfast is good and offer a good spread from continental perspective. Standard rooms are bit small but sufficient from budget perspective but do not offer any view outside from window.
