Title:_ Breathtaking Views and Comfortable Stay at Embassy Suites Niagara Falls _Rating:_ 4.5/5 I recently had the pleasure of staying at Embassy Suites Niagara Falls, and I was blown away by the hotel's stunning location and views. The moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted by the majestic sight of the Niagara Falls from the window - it was truly breathtaking! The falls were visible right from my room, and I loved waking up to that view The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a good selection of hot and cold items. However, I felt that the variety could be a bit more extensive. Perhaps adding some more international options or specialty items would elevate the buffet experience.

Facility and amenities were very good. However the customer service was not great. Check in was unwelcoming, booking related queries were not attended, room service was sloppy, and feedback of overall experience was not handled professionally.

It was lovely and wonderful stay at Embassy suites. Rooms were big and it was so comfortable. Fantastic stay at Embassy suites. The best experience of my life.

Amazing experience. Best place to stay near falls. Extraordinary falls view and the hotel has everything you can think of. From parking security guards to reception to hk staff, all are wonderful people.

Stayed the second night at the hotel as the first night i was given a free upgrade to the presidential suite which was fab. It’s a good hotel, had a particular community being dominant in the hotel but was fun. Breakfast has a good and lavish spread. Staff are friendly and courteous. The staff at the bell desk/luggage are very helpful and well mannered. Took a tax from the hotel to the pears-on airport was a steep 200 cad but it may be worth it for someone who is returning home and wants certainty for the timings. Hotel location, ambience, rooms and staff all are good. If u want to stay in niagara and see the falls then this hotel is definitely on your list. Marriott on the falls is close by and boasts of similar views too. This hotel gives u a couple of coupons for tgif and a couple of restaurants near by.

Booked a basic room as it’s closer to the falls and reached at 11 pm. Got upgraded to the presidential suite with an amazing view of the niagara falls, at night with the different co-loured lights the view is breathtaking and in the morning too it is just jawdropping. Breakfast is included and it’s a real must eat and fulfilling portion. U need to ask for toiletries like brush etc quality of which is throw away. Hotels location and ambience is super

The view from the room was beautiful, however the breakfast buffet did not have many options and only one dish for the vegetarians.

We had a room in 36th floor, overall it was good. Bed was too small. Breakfast did not have much variety. Only advantage is just falls-view. Other than that ok ok.

Not given the room i booked and not given the floor that was promised on booking, you charged us extra. Whole experience horrible, customer service staff anus-ha didn’t help at all.

They took deposit on check in on 30th april 2024, over full payment and stated release of amount on check out. Today's 07th may 2024, deposit not yet released. says release on checkout, telephonic conversation stated that will take 3 to 4 working days. Today being 07 may amount not yet received. Email sent to them remains unreplied

The location of the property is great, it provides a backdrop of the falls. All the good eateries are nearby too if you want to try different cuisines during your stay. Breakfast spread at the hotel was really good.

Room infrastructure is very old. Looked like a grandma's home. Bathroom's structure was weird, not able to open the door properly. The room window was very small for the price we paid. They didn't provide slippers or toothpaste.

It was a nice experience good room with a good view of the waterfall but a very bad experience of the room. Checkout they are forcing us to check out by 11 am in spite of giving the room at 4 pm. This was very disturbing and was not happy the way they were treating.

Though room was booked for 2 days by same name and same credit card with same details, they asked for recheck in due to different pnr no absolutely mechanical approach, the worst thing is that they did not clean the room saying that their policy is to clean room only if it is booked continuously for 4 nights will send you email for all experience

Absolutely hopeless services for check in and cleaning of room though i have booked hotel for two night after one day they refuse to clean room saying that as per our policy no room is to be cleaned unless it is booked for continuous 4 nights will send you separate email

Excellent location. Gr-sat falls view from higher floors. Good staff. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Overall value for money

It was not a good experience. Only a hype. Noone cares about anything at all. I would not recommend to anyone

The location and the view from the hotel is great but the management charges for everything. I asked for screw cork to open the bottle of wine and they asked me 35$ even in the breakfast be ready to be pushed out within limited time and not have breakfast with peace of mind

Hotel staff are excellent niagara fall view is awesome no indian food get served especially jain and swaminarayan food
