Location of the resort is very good. One is almost in the tender hands of nature. The staff is very good. Rooms are very cozy.

Hotel although has great location but misses on many things. Like they have very limited option in the breakfast buffet, in room dining, food quality is not at all good as per the price and international standard which they compete with. Spa is horribly expensive and the masseuses aren't experienced at all to give you a quality massage for the price which they charge. WiFi in the Hotel had big time. As most of the places in the bed room we couldn't find reception of WiFi. Over all an average stay I would say. If you're just going the location I would say a yes. But over all experience from my point of view was OK.

It was a very relaxing trip The staff at the hotel was very accommodating We used the spa in the hotel it was very rejuvenating I would definitely like to stay at naksel hotel again.

Good location. Superior rooms are very small. The hotel from mainroad is 5 km which has lot of potholes. Staff is courteous. Additional crockery if in room is charged. Stone Bath is just hyped. Nothig great.

Loved the stay, Very helpful staff. Loved every bit of it, The Steam is sauna is very opulent, and the food is very good. The staff are very helpful with each and every task. The welcome is very special with drinks and a nice scarf. We had a view of the Tigers nest from our room.
