Hotel is overpriced. Amenities are very good however lot of unwanted restrictions they try to put for Asians. The behaviour of the staff is racialist and security staff is most pathetic. Rooms are fairly good however tea kettle etc are placed at most inconvenient place. Restaurant is too small to accommodate number of guest residing. Food was better. Over all not a very pleasant stay.

The Room was very cozy, the staff were very friendly, the food was good as well. Amazing stay❤️ and would really recommend everyone.

my stay was very relaxing and the resort was very welcoming 😁. the staff was super amazing and the rooms were specious even after the extra bedding in the room. if I have to say something which was not up to the mark was the selection of food never changed for the 4 days we were here I would have liked some more variety but other then that top notch.

The Stay at Hyatt was terrible for many reasons such as follows 01. The room did not have any ceiling light it only had lamps and photo lighting which made it look shabby at night. 02. In Baku winters the temperature dips to 0 degree, the mid range hotels had heating system in their bathroom but hyatt bathrooms didn't. 03. The Shower area and Bathtub had drainge for water to sink but the other bathroom area did not have a drainage, which means that the water would stay there until you call the house keeping to clean it. 04. When asked with room service for an empty plate and spoon was demanded 7 manat close to INR 350 Such a luxurious brand with so good reputation in India but the worst service experience in Baku even after paying a premium price

I loved staying at hyatt regency baku! the hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The rooms are big and comfortable, with a wonderful bathtub. The restaurant serves delicious food, making it a perfect stay!

The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities one could ask for. I especially appreciated good ambience and attention to details. Special thanks to staff for going above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.

The rooms were very clean, good bathroom and well maintained house keeping. Could not try their lunch/dinner menu as we were on sightseeing almost everyday. Their breakfast needs to improve selection and taste wise.

Rooms are very okayish. Bed is not at all comfortable. Ac dosen’t cool enough even when set to 18 degrees. I had to get a table fan installed in my room. There is no water jet in the toilet. They have a bidet system which is at-least a hassle for indians. I booked a room with balcony. However, when i checked i was told that they have same category rooms with balcony and withput balcony and we can be allotted any room at the time of checkin. We were assigned a non balcony room and upon a request to give balcony room they said that they have just one room available and said that they would upgrade it for me even though it was not actually an upgrade.

Simply amazing! i stayed in junior suite for two nights with this property. Everything is great, staff is very co operative.

Food is worst, service is worst, they just provide room. Other facilities are worst. Not for indian people and specially not for vegetarian people

Very average stay. Rooms are terribly outdated and plain. Although they are clean, bathrooms too are outdated and obsulate. Room service staff is rude, they would ratio the bottle of waters u would drink in a day. They will give 2 small 300 ml bottles of water for the day to be shared between 3 guests. When u ask extra they say u have exhausted the limit. And pay extra for it. Breakfast was good. With good vegetarian and indian options. Recreation activities like swimming and gym are in the next building and are top level. Reception staff especially manager irada was helpful and courteous. Overall experience was very average due to room condition

Good clean hotel with good hospiality and clean rooms slightly far from main city.The health centre is mind blowing with world class gym and swimming facilities.One whole building is dedicated to health facilities.Overall a very nice hotel .Only drawback is that its about 4 kms away from main attractions but taxi is very cheap and there is also a shuttle service provided by the hotel.Breakfast spread is little underwhelming.

It was a short stay but very comfortable, food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel is located centrally but did not have a good view, the view from the rooms are average. Aminities were regular, very polite and helpful staff. Room service was prompt, need to improve the toiletries provided in bathroom, most items are given on guests request.
