My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional, offering a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was swift and welcoming—within minutes, I had my room key in hand, and the front desk staff made sure I had all the information I needed to make the most of my stay. The room itself was a true sanctuary: immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly quiet, with a plush bed and high-quality linens that made it almost impossible to leave in the morning; every detail, from the ambient lighting to the blackout curtains, contributed to a restful and rejuvenating experience. The hotel’s location was another highlight—perfectly situated within walking distance of popular attractions, local cafes, and public transport, yet tucked just far enough away to offer a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. When it came time to check out, the process was just as smooth and courteous as my arrival, with the staff going out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, stored my luggage for a few hours while I explored a bit more, and even arranged a ride to the airport—leaving me with a genuinely warm impression and a strong desire to return for another stay soon.

Hotel leonardo is great except there is open bathroom, otherwise everything is good. Location is great as its near railway station, breakfast was great. Overall good for short stay.

I stayed by tree person and requested 1 extra bed in one room. That extra bed is so narrow and tight mat on the soffer. So it was not comfortable to stay. I used two night stay and at the second stay they provide only two bath towels and no hand towels supplied. Even they didn't remain old bath towels which we used the previous night. They don't have the interphone so i went to reception at night and ask the new third bath towel provide but receptionist said sorry they don't have any more bath towels remain and they gave me only two hand towels replace of both towels. Hotel location is nice and convenient though. It's very clos from the main train station of vienna. That was useful and helpful. One more bad image is this hotel bathroom doesn't have door, it's open to show. Toilet room has a door and enough space, but bathroom doesn't have the door so even family use it was inconvenient to take a bath.

I would really recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay close to the main district yet away from hustle bustle. This property is extremely well connected through the public transport system. You can almost reach anywhere in minutes. The rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable. What more can one ask.

Pathetic property. Don't even to care to revert back to customer's query. Will never visit this property again.
