the hotel at gold coast australia to inform you on the day of check in that there’s no ac in one bedroom. promised to revert in an hour. u neither reverted nor changed my room or the hotel. my children had to stay without an ac for 6 nights after paying for 6 nights. and the room was infested with cockroaches. i have the video of the same. i will pursue this matter as the amenities shown for the hotel on says air conditioning is available. you have charged me a bomb and not provided basic amenities even after mentioning this in your amenity list.
