Bad experience with double tree by Hilton

First of all I had a bad experience with room safe which was not working and secondly Aircondition is tripping so frequently and thirdly my room now 203 phone was not working for all my stay of 3 days which was very disappointing and last is worst Swiming pool is not working at all

had a very unpleasant experience. the rooms allotted to us first room no 609 had red ants and also the carpet was smelling bad n had to call the staff to spray room freshener. also, the coffee machines had red ants and we never used it again. with bad experience, we requested for change of room..we were allotted room no 512...the same experience again..red ants in the room. the hand basin was chocked n was not repairable the same day...we were given an alternate room let to use the bathroom. with giving our feedback, the management did apologize and offer us a free meal per person however had restrictions in it...it was. with the term that they would decide what we want to eat without giving us an option to choose what we wish to have for dinner the hotel does not have options in Veg food and the breakfast wasn't appealing at all... it was our worst experience staying with double tree Hilton I would not recommend any of my friends and relatives ever !!!!

A Satisfactory Stay

I spent 2 nights at this hotel. I had a perfectly pleasant experience. The staff at the front desk are particularly kind, courteous and helpful. All those traits extend to the staff at the restaurant too. The room was clean and hygienic. It was unfortunate that the pool was under maintenance. However, I can’t find anything particular to complain about.

very good hotel with good location opposite esplanade. rooms are airy fresh and with balcony. for vegetarian bit problem for food . pool was under renovation so no amenities I made use of. overall good hotel

our stay was very nice and comfortable. Travel desk lady was very helpful in guiding us which tour suited us the most.She suggested Kuranda day tour which was memorable.

Bathtub is way too small too expensive for the price 3pm check-in and 11am check-out is an indirect looting! 1hr early check-in request rejected despite rooms being free 1 hr late check out request rejected despite rooms being free no "hilton" feel / hospitality. Additionally, aud 100 deposit is quite a non-sense. It's been almost 3 days since the check-out, the amount is still not released
