Terrible experience, worst hotel

The hotel staff are really unfriendly; they never have a smile on their faces. They behave as if the hotel is paying us money to stay there. I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, but out of those, one morning when i woke up, there was no power and water supply in the room. I was staying on the 5th floor. I walked down to the reception to check what the issue was, but the staff at reception didn’t know the reason, and they were saying that it was not their problem. I asked them to switch on the generator backup, but they did not. It was truly a horrible experience, and i was really surprised to see that there was no backup generator in the hotel. Then i borrowed 4 bottles of water from them, which they reluctantly provided. In the room, the ac was dysfunctional. I believe they exhibit very partial behavior toward tourists from the indian subcontinent, treating them as inferior.

Good hotel

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights in this hotel. The place is perfectly situated at the main downtown where you can explore many attractions. We are a family of 3 and we took two separate beds but each single bed is only fitted for one person. Breakfast was nice and they served a european style cuisine which im not used to. Our room was kept neat and clean everyday by their housekeeper unless you preferred not to. What i noticed is, they dont refill your complimentary’s (ie, bottled waters, coffee, sugar. To sum up, it was good and the money you paid for is well worthwhile.

Location was at the center, so major attractions was so near by. Room allocation took lot of time. Though we had requested 2 close by, it was not granted. Corridor was so small & so is the lift. Breakfast was very poor with little choice. No one understands english, so it’s difficult to communicate.
